Kickboxing

Kickboxing is by far one of the toughest workouts that you will ever do.  In one session of fifteen three minute rounds with one minute of rest the average person can burn between 700 and 1000 calories.

Not to mention the confidence that you'll gain by learning a legitimate self defense fighting technique.  This is not an aerobic kickboxersize class.  A session with me will include...

  • Jump roping

  • Calisthenics including lots of push ups

  • Shadow work and technique drills.

  • Work with all apparatus...Speed bag, double ended bag and heavy bags.

  • Pad work

  • Light and medium sparring.

If you're ready for a one-on-one intense workout that will test your stamina and exponentially increase your fitness levels then kickboxing may be the way to go.  It doesn't matter if you've never thrown a punch, a kick or even if you're just a little timid, I can turn you into a lean mean marital arts machine.
