" Energize Your Fellowship"


As a person of faith I realize that an active congregation is always looking for fun and healthy ways to bring the faithful together as well as invite new members to meet your church family. 

Many congregations in your area are enjoying bringing their members together for a weekly or bi-weekly exercise class.  I’ve created a class format that is not only fun, but can be tailored to the needs and fitness level of any group of individuals.

My classes are forty five minutes long and take place right in your church or meeting hall.  All you need is an open space and I’ll do the rest.  Once the session is over it can be followed by Fellowship, Bible Study or even a Pot Luck Dinner.  The possibilities are endless.

 When prospective member families inquire about church activities wouldn’t it be unique to add “We have a weekly exercise class held here and led by a professional instructor.” 

Some of the churches that I serve have found that their fellowship after an exercise session is the best attended and since the entire program is family friendly, children are welcome to attend and participate in any part or all of the class.  I’ve had babies as young as a few months on their blanket bouncing to the music right next to Mom and Dad who are working out.
